Sinotruk Launches 2026 “First Lesson of Work Resumption” for Spring Festival

To efficiently meet strong domestic and international order demand and ensure a high-quality start to the year, Sinotruk organized its 2026 Spring Festival “First Lesson of Work Resumption” initiative. Following the early resumption of operations on February 19 (the third day of the Lunar New Year) at certain production units facing tight resource supply, the Group’s manufacturing system fully resumed operations on February 22 (the sixth day of the Lunar New Year). On the same morning, Liu Zhengtao, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group, visited the Sinotruk Laiwu Plant to extend greetings to frontline employees and delivered the “First Lesson of Work Resumption,” while also deploying key tasks for production safety.

During the session, participants watched a safety awareness and warning video for the 2026 Spring Festival work resumption period and conducted a comprehensive review of the achievements and shortcomings in production safety management in 2025. The meeting emphasized that production safety is critical to the Group’s high-quality development. All units are required to strengthen the foundations of safety management, establish long-term mechanisms, and carry out the “100-Day Safety Campaign” to further identify and eliminate potential risks and hazards, maintaining constant vigilance on safety. The meeting further stressed that principal leaders of all units must earnestly fulfill their primary responsibilities for production safety. The “First Lesson of Work Resumption” should be treated as a key step in restarting operations, using continuous training and case-based warnings to reinforce safety awareness among all employees, enabling them to quickly refocus and return to work with full momentum. With the mindset of “starting is a decisive battle, and the beginning is a sprint,” the Group aims to secure a strong start to the year.

Senior executives at director level and above, heads of functional departments, Party and administrative leaders of secondary units, safety directors and heads of safety departments, as well as officials at section-chief level and above from Jinan Truck Manufacturing Company attended the meeting both online and offline.
