Following the first breakthrough of 15,000 units in a single month last September, the Company took just four months to surpass its own industry record, setting a new all-time high and achieving a strong start to the year.

In 2025, Sinotruk delivered an impressive performance: total vehicle sales exceeded 440,000 units, representing a year-on-year increase of 22.5%. Among them, heavy-duty truck sales reached 300,000 units, ranking No.1 in China for four consecutive years and securing the global No.1 position in heavy-duty truck sales. This historic milestone reflects strong market recognition of Sinotruk’s products and services, while also highlighting the global competitiveness of China’s automotive industry and manufacturing capabilities.

In exports, Sinotruk has continued to outperform itself: annual heavy-duty truck exports exceeded 150,000 units, up more than 14% year-on-year, marking its 21st consecutive year as China’s top exporter of heavy-duty trucks. Monthly exports surpassed 15,000 units for three consecutive months, with January continuing the upward momentum by exceeding 16,000 units—once again setting a new industry record within just four months.

Domestically, Sinotruk also delivered strong results, ranking No.1 across ten key market segments and achieving significant gains in market share for new energy and advanced intelligent driving products. With strong performance in both domestic and international markets, production and sales remained robust. Notably, Jinan Truck Manufacturing Company alone secured orders exceeding 28,600 units in January. The Company’s outstanding market performance has also been recognized by capital markets. In January, Sinotruk’s Hong Kong-listed shares reached a historic high, with its market capitalization surpassing RMB 100 billion. These strong achievements have powered a robust start to the year and injected solid momentum into the Company’s high-quality development.

Behind its global leadership in production and sales lies Sinotruk’s unwavering commitment to product quality. The Company operates industry-leading, world-class manufacturing facilities and has established a large-scale, highly efficient production system. In 2025, the production capacity of Sinotruk’s Laiwu plant alone exceeded 110,000 units.

To better integrate into global markets and meet diverse regional demands, Sinotruk has actively advanced its localization strategy. The Company has established 37 KD assembly plants across 27 countries, building localized solutions that integrate sales, aftersales services, and financial support. Through forward deployment of resources and scaled production, Sinotruk has significantly enhanced market penetration and service responsiveness. By the end of last year, the Algeria KD plant officially commenced operations, quickly becoming a key hub for expanding into the African market, with January exports surging by 656% year-on-year. Meanwhile, the Tanzania KD plant is operating at full capacity with high efficiency, achieving a 55% year-on-year increase in January exports.

While strictly safeguarding product quality, Sinotruk also places customers at the center and continues to strengthen its service system. The Company has established more than 700 overseas service outlets and spare parts centers, forming a comprehensive and efficient global service network.
