On February 14 (the 27th day of the twelfth lunar month), Shandong Heavy Industry Group held an online Spring Festival gathering to extend greetings to its overseas workforce. Wang Zhijian, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group, led the Group and subsidiary leadership teams in connecting via video with employees stationed abroad, conveying sincere regards and festive wishes to those working and striving on the front lines of overseas markets and at overseas subsidiaries.
Wang Zhijian noted that in 2025, overseas employees of Shandong Heavy Industry remained dedicated to frontline operations and continued to forge ahead, driving the Group’s globalization to new heights. Both product exports and overseas industrial revenues exceeded RMB 100 billion, with export revenue reaching RMB 100.7 billion, up 9.3% year-on-year—surpassing the 100-billion mark for the first time and becoming a strong symbol of China’s manufacturing going global. During the Spring Festival, many employees stationed abroad continued to remain at their posts, demonstrating the Group’s spirit of dedication, perseverance, and pursuit of excellence. Looking ahead, Wang encouraged all overseas teams to uphold the spirit of never slackening, staying at the forefront, and striving for leadership, to aim for higher goals and achieve even stronger performance. He also emphasized the importance of personal safety and health, urging the Group to provide attentive and thoughtful support to overseas employees so that they can truly feel the warmth and strength of the corporate family.
Representatives of overseas employees expressed their gratitude for the Group’s care and support, noting that they will transform this encouragement into motivation, devote themselves to their work with greater enthusiasm, and firmly drive the growth of exports and overseas operations to new levels, contributing to the Group’s goal of building a world-class enterprise.
